Use Them in the Garden

All this talk of spring and flowers instantly makes me think of my garden. If you have a garden at home, a really clever way to use these flower coloring pages is as garden markers. Did you plant carnations or petunias in your garden? You could mark them with a coloring sheet. You may want to print the coloring page out smaller for this, and you’d certainly want to seal it in some way so weather and water doesn’t damage it. Then, just tape it to a small stick like a popsicle stick, and you can mark the place in your garden where your flowers are ready to spring forth.

Make a Bookmark

You can fold up your flower coloring pages into bookmarks! Or, simply cut them out in the right shape. You may want to glue them to a bit of cardboard or sturdy cardstock so they’re a bit more durable. Then punch a hole in the top and add a tassel for flare. Just like that, you’ve made your very own, one of a kind bookmark.

Make a Card or Wrapping Paper

You can always use these flower coloring pages for easy homemade gifts. Perhaps you want to make a custom card. All you have to do is print the flower coloring page on one quadrant of a larger sheet of paper, then fold it up. This can be a touching gift since you had to make it yourself.

You can also wrap a gift in one of these coloring pages. Just make sure the page you print will be large enough to fit around your gift. You might want to use this for smaller gifts. Ensure your beautiful colored page sits on the front of the package so your giftee can enjoy your artwork!

Scrapbook or Decorate Your Journal

Finally, cut out any of the flowers you’ve colored here and use them to scrapbook or decorate a journal. Perhaps you want to add a spring page to your bullet journal. Flowers you’ve colored yourself are a great way to do that. Mix and match any of these coloring pages to craft your design.
