Of course, we couldn’t forget about you. These coloring pages are for adults in particular, featuring more complex designs that might be tough for children to color.
Creative Ways to Use Your Gardening Coloring Pages
Your gardening coloring pages aren’t just a fun way to pass the time in winter or on a rainy day. You can also make them into practical items for your home or real life garden. Check out a few of our ideas for how to craft using your garden coloring pages.
Make Vegetable Garden Markers
If you plan to plant a vegetable garden, you can use vegetable garden coloring pages as practical garden markers. You don’t need to stick just to the vegetable garden coloring pages either. If there’s a particular vegetable you spot on any of our garden coloring pages, cut it out to use it for a marker! Or use a completely unrelated image. It’s up to you.
No matter which garden coloring page you pick, you can either print it out a bit smaller or cut it down to size. Glue your garden coloring page to a popsicle stick. If necessary, write the vegetable on it so you know what you’re labeling.
Create Your Own Fairy Garden
I know we said these crafts are practical, but sometimes fun is practical too. Don’t leave your fairy garden in the realm of fantasy. Bring it to life by creating your own fairy garden. The fairy garden coloring pages are a great place to start, but you can mix and match any gardening coloring pages you like.
Color in your favorite fairy garden coloring page pieces, then cut them out. You can use an old shoebox to start building your fairy wonderland. Let the kids get in on this one, and make sure you break out the glitter and other fun accessories. There are no limits!
Learn About Various Plants
Garden coloring pages can be a great learning opportunity! Grab some of the easy garden coloring pages and gather the kids around. This could be as informal as simply talking about how you personally plant and take care of your garden. Or you could make this part of a class on the environment and related topics if you’re a teacher. This is a great Earth Day activity too!
Plan Family Meals
Get the whole family involved in meal planning via garden coloring pages. You might want to cut out smaller pieces of other gardening coloring pages for this (after coloring them in of course). Then grab one of our handy calendars (a blank one works especially well) and start meal planning with the family. Maybe this can be a way to be more conscious about the fruits and veggies you eat. Or you could use it to get the whole family on board with planning dinners for the week ahead.
Flower Coloring Pages
Few things are as fun to color as a beautiful flower design. You can use almost any color you want to bring them to life, and they're naturally elegant. Plus, they make great gifts! Check out our big collection of flower coloring pages for the full bouquet.
